I’m Roza Elias, a Brazil-based children’s book illustrator focused on picture books, visual storytelling, and character-driven narratives. I create imaginative worlds through digital illustration, traditional watercolor, and black ink, drawing inspiration from nature, fantasy, and the expressive gestures of everyday life.
I’ve written and am illustrating my first picture book, inspired by a childhood memory of the cake my grandmother used to make for us.
I welcome remote collaborations with publishers, literary agents, independent authors, educators, and cultural organizations. I work with clear milestones, thoughtful communication, and an organized process across time zones.
My services include children’s book illustration, picture book development, character design, cover art, spot illustrations, editorial illustration, and visual development for children’s projects. Music, singing, and dance are also part of my creative practice, shaping my sense of rhythm, movement, and page turns.
